We're working with the firmware vendors, so I doubt this specific one is on the open market. But https://sites.google.com/site/tunnelm/ is an example of the Intel development machine that anyone can get hold of. If you can find the specific DQ57TM board then the Intel sample firmware is at http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/unified-extensible-firmware-interface/uefi-driver-and-application-tool-resources.html
