I have better ways of making money.

What concerned me is that there were damages being collected and no visibility regarding whether they were going into people's pockets - meaning that a few people might be profiteering on the other Busybox developers - or otherwise. I have just two weeks ago found that Andersen donated all his share of the money, which is fine, and now I see the SFC's tax forms online, which corroborate what I've been told. And I have been told a good deal since you're no longer SFLC's client. They don't miss you, either.

I have consulted for a number of the Busybox infringers, helping them to come into compliance. I have seen them, and their technology providers, contribute significant software, including a good many kernel drivers that would not otherwise be in the public. I submit that if you think there's no code coming out of GPL enforcement, you're just not looking hard enough.
