Do you have a set of scripts that generates this most impressive monstrosity of an image, so that others can use it for their bootable images?
How easily could this approach work for a non-ISO9660 filesystem, such as a USB disk image? I have a bootable disk that needs writability, so ISO9660 won't work.
Do you use separate bootloaders for EFI and non-EFI, or does any means exist to use one bootloader image for both and just boot it two different ways?
