Would the legal budgets of all Linux vendors combined even be enough to sustain a prolonged court battle with Microsoft?

If Microsoft drops its pretense of offering signing services with reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, we can only hope the the EU or DoJ (ha!) will get involved.
