You can debate the theory. But in practice we all know that this thing isn't going to prevent Windows 8 piracy, and that it IS going to be circumvented, probably in multiple ways. Point me out an existing piece of hardware with signed or locked code that hasn't eventually been cracked.

Lets come back in 1~2 years and we will see if i'm right. What is certain is that it will add a hurdle for anyone who wants to try different software on their PC.
