All rape is rape. Then there is aggravated rape. That doesn't make rape any less heinous, just like aggravated murder does not make non-aggravated murder any less heinous. The problem I see with some people is that they see aggravated rape as "real rape" so then they see rape as "not really rape". They are as wrong as someone who says that murder is not really murder unless the victim is tortured before being murdered.
