Isn't a bit of saying "the way to stop whites being afraid of black people stealing their wallets is for black people to not to steal it"? Yes - sure black people steal from whites but so does blacks from blacks or whites from black and whites. I don't see why include gender or race in such discussion (I don't like being labelled as rapist just because I belong to 'wrong' 50% of humanity as I imagine that blacks don't like to be labelled thefts just because that have 'wrong' colour of skin).
