You say this in the context of "taking apart the study" that suggests one in four women have been sexually assaulted and one in six raped. What does mentioning the 46% figure have to do with anything? The obvious reading is that you think the 1 in 6 number is overblown partially because 46% of them subsequently had sex with the reported assailant, ie you disagree that some of the cases counted as rape were actually rape. You might prefer to move them into a grey area instead. Is that a fair interpretation?

You link to this article, which explicitly claims that the rate is false rape claims is probably close to 50%. Did you mean to only endorse a subset of the statistical conclusions made in it, rather than all of them?
