If you're not willing to remove his code, reject future patches from him, and remove any input from him on any mailing lists, essentially firing him, aren't you just grandstanding?
Yeah sure, the guy is a slime ball, but if all you are going to do is whine about him being a slime ball, then you really haven't accomplished anything with this post.
