I bought a Samsung NP700Z3C-A01S. I bricked it on my first day when I put Acronis True Image boot CD.
So I removed the back case, and disconnected BIOS battery and laptop battery (pressing button on battery), wait 5 min and.. voilá, it works again. No brick again after 1 week (secure boot off, UEFI mode off, fast bios off, bios version updated, windows 7 installed and HDD replaced with SSD unit). Crossed fingers...
