And the ones with cerebral palsy who require time-based input methods and who are also blind? People who can only use an on-screen keyboard and who are colour blind? Or the ones who have some accessibility requirement but also need support for directory services? Blind users who want to use fingerprint readers? Accessibility isn't some neat compartmentalised problem where uses fall into discrete categories. And nor does having accessibility requirements mean that you no longer need any of the other functionality.
