Gosh!, if you're buying a new machine with the intention of using Linux instead of Windows, then why not buy a machine with Linux preinstalled? We've had ZaReason (http://zareason.com/shop/Laptops/), System76 (https://www.system76.com/) and some others around for a while now.
You're making harming yourself in every possible way by buying Windows PCs in this case: paying for an OS you don't want to use, supporting the manufacturer that build that PC and not supporting a manufacturer that is trying to position a product with the OS you want to use.
