That might be a good thing. Getting more 'buntu users in touch with and creating an industry around professional upgrades with likely support and a minimum level of training at least an introduction to the desktop.
This whole "Anyone can install it from home" is such a cop-out or worse, a toxic workaround that's just hurting us.
