With regard to reciprocal rights... I believe in the context of the Harmony CLA discussion, the phrase coined at one point was "inbound=outbound" to encasulate the ideal situation. Obviously proponents for reciprocal rights failed to get a harmony option that preserved those rights enshrined. One of the big failings of the harmony attempt, imho. I'd like to attribute that "inbound=outbound" turn of phrase to Richard Fontana but I can't be sure of that attribution so apologize if I've gotten that wrong.
