It's an interesting contrast to how Trolltech fashioned a nuclear option to allow the KDE non-profit steward to relicense qt under BSD if Trolltech ever stopped releasing gpl releases side-by-side with proprietary licensed versions.
It'll be interesting to see your clause constructions gain some traction in any corporate sponsored codebases. Its obviously has some benefits for contributors working on shared infrastructure code in a coopetition settings. But I have a hard time seeing this gain traction in corporate sponsored projects. But it sure is interesting to read.
