The CLA I don't know, and to be honest I'm not fan of the Harmony CLA. But as I said I'm not doing "theory and FUD" if I don't have any clue about a subject.
Canonical in 9 years don't re-licence a project to proprietary (but re-licence proprietary project in Open Source yes). I have no information or data about a possible change in this way. Amd also I'm not married with Canonical or Ubuntu - if I don't like some decision I can change for other Distro and project.
I respect the work of people contributing for Open source project (People working and Mir and people working on Wayland). But I'm realllllllllllllllllllly upset about this constant fight against community and open source project. It's a Waste of time and energy, destructive and toxic behaviour. For me is a bigger problem than the CLA an you can write a big post blog about this problem.
I'm using Ubuntu from 6 year now and I read during 6 year the same discourse against Canonical : They have a secret plan to do [Add conspiracy theory here]. In fact ? nothing.
