Can't agree with you on this one

UEFI on IA32 isn't going away. It will show up on more embedded systems as time goes on. There is now the Intel MinnowBoard as a non-Apple reference for IA32 UEFI (no CSM for legacy BIOS), so work can be done to close this gap.
