It is about sanctimonious Americans (USA) or more specifically sanctimonious company named Oracle that could not let go and had to prove something that could fly only in USA. And now when Oracle did this in the end it will probably not affect Andorid and Google all that much but ruling like this does open doors for potential abuse from big companies in the future.

Anyway what i am trying to say is fellow Americans (USA) you have to solve this one for yourself as it does not affect the rest of the world all that much. You did it now you should clean up the mess if you don't want to deal with this and feel somebody over done it in the end.
