Are we talking PCIe SSDs in the "Present as an AHCI controller" sense, or NVMe, or something more exciting? I think we're fairly on top of this one. NVMe. I believe there are some features that weren't supported on this, but I don't know the specifics.
Is this more than what's in ACPI 6.0? I'm not sure. This is something coming from Microsoft, i'm not privvy to the details of it. I just know it's coming.
