Re: Skylake PC8 or PC10?

My Thinkpad P50 can only reach PC3 occasionally on Kernel 4.8.12 with Ubuntu 16.04. Most of the time it's on PC2. I guess the distribution of Linux also plays a role in some detailed configurations?
