If you pick a contact in your contact list (from Android), you can either send a message using Kontalk or SMS. If your contact does not have a Kontalk account, you can send an "invite" using SMS, or you can pick SMS to send the message in the first place.
Do you mean support E2EC using SMS? Or do you mean SMS conversations built into the application?
