Hi Matt, interesting read, but seems hypocritical when you created your own online community earlier this year by selling WP Toolkit. You have not provided any customer support since selling GPL Free license plugins. I'm sure you can speak first hand, ..how about you demonstrate some of these qualities you are so familiar with and offer the support you promised when you took our cash?
