Keep in mind that when M$ released Win 10 in 2015, M$ had mandated the OEMs to allow Secure Boot to be disabled at the OEMs' discretion = M$ and the OEMs may one day decide not to allow Secure Boot to be disabled or to lock Secure Boot as enabled.
