Does it really matter how correct the details of the FSF's argument is? Since you seem to understand the reason for their opposition to TPM, etc. What difference does the GPU stuff make? The article bash really only serves to undermine the FSF, which seems to be your intention (hm?). i.e. The lockout of the hardware is the only issue that matters (and it really deserves a lot of attention), not trivia about how it was introduced.
